How does BuyBack work?
Customers answer a few questions about device model and condition, and refurbishers offer prices dependent upon assessment. It’s a win-win-win situation for the environment, the customers who get cash in exchange for old tech, and refurbishers who source soon-to-be-renewed devices.
Back Market launched BuyBack in France in August 2018, in Germany in January 2021, and in the United States in February 2022. We look forward to extending this program to more countries in the future.
What items can be sold through BuyBack?
Customers can currently trade-in their old smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, headphones, earphones, and speakers. But we’re not stopping there. We plan to expand this list soon.
How are offers made?
Customers receive offers based on the device’s condition and market value.
